1) Exit any running-instance of chrome.

2) Find the shortcut you normally use to launch chrome.

3) Right click on the new shortcut, and select Properties

4) At the very end of the Target: text box, add a space and then the desired command line flags.

5) It should end in something like ...\chrome.exe" --enable-logging --v=9

6) Double click the new shortcut to launch chrome with the new command line flags. Take time stamps when the issue occur.

7) Once the issue occurred, go to the file path below and retrieve the file that you will send me.

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\chrome_debug.logĀ

Step 5 actually has multiple parts. Here is a description of what needs to be done:

1. On any affected computer, run Chrome with '--enable-logging --v=1'

2. Visit any problematic page and wait for Chrome crash.

3. Save chrome_debug.log in a temporary location.

4. On the same computer, run Chrome with '--enable-logging --v=1 --no-sandbox'

5. Visit the same page and wait until the page is loaded.

6. Close the browser.

7. Save chrome_debug.log in a temporary location under another name.

After these logs have been gathered, one final item is needed. Please gather contents of page chrome://system, where Extensions and Profile are expanded and send the file to us as a PDF via ctrl + p.
